One of Life’s An Adventure’s new pack-free guided walks is their eight-day Cape to Cape and Bibbulmun Walk. No other walking tour company offers this great combination.

On their own the Cape to Cape Track and the Bibbulmun Track showcase some of the Australia’s finest wilderness areas and coastal scenery but combined you not only get a taster for these two iconic walks you also get to try out some of what southern WA is famous for – local wine and local cuisine.

The beauty of the Cape to Cape Track.

“Why come back and do the two walks separately? If they’re time-poor like me you might like to do both at the same time,” says Life’s An Adventure owner Mark Norek. “Also walking the whole of the Cape to Cape takes eight days but I found four days was enough so I thought what about trying another area with the extra days you have.”

The Cape to Cape Track is 135km long stretching from the lighthouses of Cape Naturaliste in the north to Cape Leeuwin in the south. Life’s An Adventure’s four-day walk showcases the best walking sections of this coastline, wandering along high limestone cliffs for magnificent views as well as meandering through pretty coastal heathland and idyllic forests.

There’s fine food to be had on the Cape to Cape.

You’ll enjoy three nights at the exclusive 5-star Pullman Bunker Bay Resort overlooking Bunker Bay. The resort features a stunning Infinity Pool, as well as a superb bar and restaurant featuring modern Australian cuisine.

The walk climaxes with a scenic helicopter ride from Contos Beach to Leeuwin Estate wines for a long lunch. From there you head to the Karri Valley near Pemberton to start the Bibbulmun walk.

You’ll discover the varied landscapes of the Bibbulmun Track and wine regions. They walk through the stunning and tranquil South West Forests with their towering karri and tingle trees, including pretty Beedelup Falls near Pemberton. They explore some of Australia’s most magnificent coastline with their giant granite boulders, stunning beaches and flowering heathlands.

You’ll get to swim at Lights Beach, William Bay NP.

Accommodation is first-class and you’ll sample the unique cuisine and wines of the region everynight.

All the walks are rated easy to moderate and on most days they will be a choice of a shorter, easier walk or a longer, moderate walk. And of course all the days are pack-free so you will only carry a water, a jacket, some lunch and a phone/camera. That’s it!

The walks can be done as one week-long experience or separate walks – with the Cape Cape part taking four days and the Bibbulmun part taking five. For more info visit
