Enjoying a pack-free walk with Life’s An Adventure

And finally, there’s Life’s An Adventure’s Three Capes Walk.

Yes, you’ll have a list of gear you need to take on the trip but you’ll have the luxury of leaving it all in your hotel room, which means you don’t have to be so selective with what you have to pack, and you’ll only need a day pack on the trail.

By the way, this is the same for all of Life’s An Adventure’s guided walks.

In that day pack, you’ll only be carrying:

  • your lunch,
  • two litres of water,
  • snacks,
  • a rain jacket,
  • your phone/camera and
  • any personal items.

Total weight: 4kg.

So how you want to walk the Three Capes will depend on how much you’re happy to carry in your pack – the rest is up to you.
