Lincoln National Park: Known for its spectacular ocean views and rugged offshore islands, Lincoln National Park is one of South Australia’s many true beauties. The park sits on the south-eastern tip of the Eyre Peninsula.

On day two you’ll explore the park on foot. The varied trail takes you through a few different coastal ecosystems with varied flora and fauna. Granite headlands, scenic bays and sandy beaches fringe Boston Bay, the largest natural harbour in Australia. You might spot heath goannas, western whipbirds, southern scrub-robins and superb fairy-wrens along the way.

Oyster-HQ-Farm-Tour-2

Oysters: Of course! If you love these salt water delicacies you’re going to love this trip! More than half of the nation’s seafood comes from these waters, which we’ll be sure to enjoy on this tour including a unique experience at an oyster farm.

On day 4 after doing the ‘Oyster Walk’ you’ll arrive at Oyster HQ to enjoy a spectacular Oyster Farm and Tasting Tour. You’ll be putting on waterproof waders over the top of your clothing and wading out into the water of Coffin Bay to sit at a semi submerged tour deck ‘The Salt Water Pavilion’ which is located right in a working commercial Oyster farm. And then the fun begins!

Almonta Park Lodge: You’ll spend two of your four nights in this private 4-bedroom house in Coffin Bay. Almonta Park is a fabulously designed home set in the hills surrounding the bay, affording amazing panoramic views from the Marble Range to the majestic sand hills of Coffin Bay National Park.

The Lodge exudes luxury and privacy offering high quality, spacious accommodation and very comfortable living conditions. If it’s privacy you crave – yet would like to be a stone’s throw from Coffin Bay …… You have found it!
