Life’s An Adventure is one of Australia’s leading Walking Tour Companies offering Pack Free Walks all over Australia and most recently around the world.
The ideal candidate will have a great phone manner with a friendly disposition, a fast typing speed, amazing attention to detail, great organisational skills and a Can Do attitude.
You will need to be able to multi-task taking Reservations and Enquiries over the phone and by email. Training will be provided on our Tour booking system we use.
- All Phone Enquiries
- All Email enquiries
- All facebook enquiries
- Send out brochures to all enquiries
- Check all bookings coming in are correct, payments etc
- Organise room upgrades when booked
- Organise changes to bookings advising operations of changes
- Create bookings and links for special groups
- Agent bookings
- Organise Equipment hire
- Follow-up emails to clients
- Day tour organisation
- Office organisation, ordering stationery, kitchen organised
- Double check packages sent to staff (from Operations) contain all items off checklist
A passion for hiking or a background in travel would be highly regarded.
Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience.

Full time position. Office hours Monday to Friday 9 -5pm
