Bay of Fires voted best beach on OZ!

For the first time ever, a Tasmanian beach has claimed the top spot on beach expert Brad Farmer’s Top 10 Best Australian Beaches list for 2025 – and it’s none other than the breathtaking Bay of Fires.

A group of people, enjoying their Tasmanian Walking Holidays, poses happily on a sunny beach with large, colorful rocks in the background. Dressed in casual outdoor attire and sunglasses, they extend their arms in excitement, capturing the essence of adventure and relaxation.

While not just one beach, this 10km stretch of pristine coastline in the southern part of the Bay of Fires Conservation Reserve has taken the crown.

This spectacular slice of Tassie is known for its vivid blue waters, dazzling white sand, and iconic burnt-orange lichen-covered boulders. Rugged, untouched, and uniquely Tasmanian, the Bay of Fires is a true coastal paradise.

A serene sunset over a lake, vibrant orange and blue hues reflecting in the water, echoes the peacefulness of Tasmanian Walking Holidays. Silhouetted branches stretch from the left, enhancing depth to this tranquil scene as fluffy clouds dramatize the sky.

And the good news is you can experience and so much more on our 4-day pack-free guided walk. Our tour offers the perfect escape for those seeking relaxation and a deep connection with nature.

Leave behind heavy packs and enjoy the freedom of carrying just the essentials – your camera, water, and lunch.

A group of people wearing backpacks stroll along a pristine sandy beach, part of the Unique Tours Australia experience. The ocean to their left is a vibrant turquoise under a sunny, partly cloudy sky, with dunes and greenery visible in the distance.

Journey along Tasmania’s pristine east coast, a stunning landscape where white sandy beaches meet fiery orange granite boulders, set against the sparkling blue of the ocean.

This breathtaking scenery is a photographer’s paradise, with every step offering a new opportunity to capture a stunning shot.

Whether you’re an avid photographer or simply looking to unwind in nature, this tour promises an unforgettable experience in one of the world’s most beautiful places.

And just to fill your bucket we have added a visit on the last day to the famous Pyengana Cheese factory and walk the nearby St Columbia Falls!
