Kayak in Sydney and NSW's best locations on our social kayaking adventures. Life's An Adventure own our own fleet of kayaks and are the only Sydney Company licenced to operate guided kayaking tours in over 50 locations across Sydney and NSW. Our kayaks are state of the art dagger sea kayaks - they are extremely stable and the chance of capsizing are very remote. Or if you have your own kayak you can also join us and we'll give you a reduced "tag-along" rate. shoalhaven kayaking weekend adventure

Join this fantastic fully guided kayaking adventure in the picturesque Kangaroo Valley region two hours south of Sydney. The towering sheer sandstone cliffs of the lower Shoalhaven Gorge are considered to be the equal of many places of natural beauty in Australia especially after rain with many waterfalls coming over the majestic cliffs. Only accessible by kayak or canoe, this remote area is tranquility at it's best with only the sounds of birds to wake you up in the morning. We'll camp overnight at Fossicker's Flats where we'll enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious gourmet dinner at our campsite.

Explore Mungo Brush a magnificent spot where only 500m of sand dune separates the lake from the ocean and a littoral rainforest showcases magnificent Cabbage Fam Palms. This fantastic half day paddles explores the beautiful Port Hacking west region in the Sutherland Shire. Starting at Swallow Rock Reserve ( a hidden gem of the Shire) we paddle around the Royal National Park exploring Gray's Point. The Hacking river narrows as it approaches Audley and the banks and sandstone cliffs are covered with stunning sclerophyll forest. We finish our paddle at Audley where there is an enclosed swimming reserve for those that feel like a refreshing dip. As its name implies, the Basin is a deep lagoon, but is surrounded by shallow waters and sandy shoals that are exposed at low tides offering an ideal environment for wading birds.     This wonderful paddle begins at Roseville Bridge and explore Bantry Bay enroute to Clontarf. Bantry Bay is an important but little known part of the cultural, and natural, heritage of Sydney. It was set aside "for public recreation purposes" and promoted as a secluded, scenic and romantic retreat. By the start of the 1900s Bantry Bay had been turned into a popular "pleasure ground" complete with dance hall, picnic ground, a dining room, and several summer houses. The stone footings of the dancehall can still be seen today. Join us as we enjoy the seclusion of this pretty bay before stopping for lunch at Clontarf.
