This fantastic full day Blue mountains hiking experience includes a must-do ride on the thrilling Scenic Railway and a spectacular hiking experience to Ruined Castle. We traverse the Jamieson Valley and climb one of the most visible and remarkable landmarks, the Ruined Castle. The 360 degree views from the rocky battlement of Ruined Castle is a stunning climax to this wonderful Blue Mountainswalk. Enjoy a delicious lunch before returning. What a day, what an adventure!.

Meeting spot: Meet outside the cafe at Scenic World, 1 Violet Street, Katoomba.

Getting there: Pick-Up & Drop off from a Sydney Hotel
Pay just $30 extra per person (almost the same cost as public transport) and we will
organise a pick-up and drop off from any hotel in Sydney's CBD (Central Business District)
or Manly area. Please be waiting in the hotel foyer. Those choosing hotel pickup will
receive bonus sightseeing in the Blue Mountains after your walk, let your guide know what
you would like to see. Pickup time will be at 7.00am unless otherwise advised.
Drop off time will be at approximately 7.00pm
Driving to the Blue Mountains:
Driving up the highway from Sydney, turn left at the Katoomba exit.
Drive down Katoomba Road, turn right into Katoomba Falls Road, left into Cliff Drive and left
into Violet Street parking in the Carpark at Scenic World.
Catching the Train:
Catch the train to Katoomba and then there is a bus that runs from Katoomba Railway
