Join us on this fantastic mountain bike ride through Ku-ring-gai Chase. You'll explore a maze of track with stunning views over Pittwater, Lovett Bay, Cowan Creek and Cottage Point. A great day out and a great way to make new friends.

meeting point

Meet at  Elvina Track Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park.

Turn left off McCarrs Creek Road onto West Head Road and head up the hill. Turn right past Liberator General San Martin Drive and continue up West Head Drive until you see the sign before the entrance to the car park for Elvina Track. Look out for your host who will be wearing a Life's An Adventure t'shirt.

cancellations

IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior
to the start of an event. Bookings will not be transferred to another
date if you do not show up or cancel on the day, as activities are
fully catered.

Your booking will not be transferred to another date if it rains -
transfers will only happen if Life's An Adventure cancel the
event because of extreme weather conditions- in which
case you will be notified by phone prior.

what to bring

Bring your own mountain bike (an extra charge applies to those
needing bike hire). To ensure you keep well hydrated, please
bring at least 2 litres of drinking water.

what to wear

Please wear comfortable and non restrictive clothing for riding
(no jeans), wear a bike helmet and any protective
clothing/accessories.

adverse weather

Life's An Adventure activities take place in all but exceptional weather conditions. Conditions such as showers, rain, fog and windy conditions do not affect normal operation of our activities. Please bring a light weight wet weather jacket and warm clothing.However if the weather is extreme this event will be postponed to
another date. Pre-paid tickets will be credited to the new date or another
future event, sorry we cannot refund your money.

fitness level

Ride Grade: Advanced Riders. This is a 15km ride with some steep inclines and technical sections. A good level of fitness is required for this ride. Not suitable for beginners.If
