National Park in the south of Sydney. This kayak is perefct
for those wanting to give kayaking a try for the first time
or for paddlers with some experience who would like to discover
this beautiful waterway and the surrounding Royal National
Park and wildlife. Enjoy the bays, beaches and bushland of
this picturesque region. Whether your a beginner or an advanced
kayaker, this will be a fun day out and a great way to mix
and meet new people. |

We hit the water at 1.00pm to start kayaking.
However you must arrive at 12.15 to allow time to sign in, get fitted out in
a life jacket, adjust the kayak to suit you, and listen as our instructor takes
you
through
the finer points of paddling.
Finishes approximately 4:30pm.

| MEETING
POINT: |
Meet
at 12.15 at Bundeena Kayaks located at Bonnie Vale picnic
grounds on the beachfront. Bundeena is 45 minutes from
the Sydney CBD.. Look out for instructors Marky Mark,
Michael or Vicki who will be wearing Life's An Adventure T'shirts |

There
are a few options to get you to the start of this kayak.
Driving: Drive by car & meet us at
Bundeena Kayaks..
Train: Why
not catch a train to Cronulla, then a ferry to Bundeena.
The ferry trip costs $5 and takes 20 minutes.

ON THE DAY: |
For
those who choose to pay on the day at the kayak, you will
need to email us with your intention to attend, as this is
a catered event and we need to ensure we have ample food.

Please
be
aware this event may sell out, so we recommend guaranteeing
your place by pre-paying, plus your kayak hire needs to be
pre-arranged, so you must email us that you will be attending.

| WHAT
TO BRING: |
To
ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5
litres
of drinking water. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen
and if you want to enjoy the beach, bring your swimming costume
and a towel. A life jacket will be provided for you. It's
a good idea to bring a towel and change of clothes for after
the kayak. |
| WHAT
TO WEAR: |
You
will get wet when kakaying, so please wear comfortable
lightweight clothes (no jeans), wear a hat and crocs or
shoes which can get wet. Bring your swimming costume if
you would like to
enjoy
a swim.

| FITNESS
LEVEL: |
This
is a 2 hour social paddle, suitable for all persons of reasonable
fitness from beginners to advanced. If
you are unsure that your fitness level is suitable for this
event, please email
us to qualify your ability.

| WHAT
HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? |
This
kayak will still go ahead if it rains (Bring a light weight
wet weather jacket if there looks likes there is a chance
of rain), however if the weather is extreme the kayak will
be postponed to a future date. Pre-paid tickets
will be credited to the new date or another future event,
sorry we cannot refund your money.

Life's An Adventure Staff. You must sign for any pre-paid
tickets or pay cash if you have chosen the 'pay on the day'
