Hawkesbury Kayak Tour - 2 day Kayaking Adventure

Hawkesbury Kayak Tour is a fantastic fully guided kayaking adventure less than 1 hour north of Sydney. We set off from the sleepy riverside suburb of Berowra Waters and explore along the mighty Hawkesbury river surrounded by stunning National Park vistas. We camp overnight at our waterfront campsite where we'll enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious dinner. On day two we will explore Bar Island an uninhabited island on the Hawkesbury River, rich in Aboriginal and European history. Aboriginal people visited the island for centuries and some of their descendants are buried here. Since 1876 Europeans have built a church, cottage and cemetery. The island is also habitat for a diverse range of native flora and fauna. Afterwards we return to Berowra Waters the end of a fantastic joruney. Hawkesbury Kayaking is a fully guided tour by our professional kayaking guide.
