pay on the day
|
For those who choose to pay on the day at the kayak, you
will need to email us with your intention to attend, as this is
a catered event and we need to ensure we have ample food.
Simply click on the link below to advise us you are attending.
Please mention 'Kayaking' in the subject line and include the
number of people in your group. Please be aware this event
may sell out, so we recommend guaranteeing your place by
pre-paying, plus your kayak hire needs to be pre-arranged,
so you must email us that you will be attending.

cancellations

IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior
to the start of an event. Bookings will not be transferred to another
date if you do not show up or cancel on the day, as activities are
fully catered.
Your booking will not be transferred to another date if it rains -
transfers will only happen if Life's An Adventure cancel the
event because of extreme weather conditions- in which
case you will be notified by phone prior. |
what to bring
|
To ensure you keep well hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of
drinking water. We also recommend a hat and sunscreen and if
you want to enjoy the beach, bring your swimming costume and a
towel. A life jacket will be provided for you. It's a good idea to bring a
towel and change of clothes for after the kayak.

what to wear
|
You will get wet when kakaying, so please wear comfortable
lightweight clothes (no jeans), wear a hat and crocs or shoes
which can get wet. Bring your swimming costume if you would
like to enjoy a swim.

adverse weather
|
This activity will still go ahead in light rain - please bring a light weight wet weather jacket. However conditions such as high and dangerous winds and seas will result in this activity being cancelled and postponed to another date. Please ensure you provide your mobile phone number when booking so we can contact you on the day. Pre-paid tickets will be credited to the new date or another future event if you are unable to attend the new date, sorry we cannot refund your money.

This is a full day paddle, suitable for experienced kayakers with a good level of fitness. If you are unsure that your fitness level is suitable for this event,

When you arrive on the day, you will need to check in
with your Life's An Adventure Staff. You must sign for
any pre-paid tickets or pay cash if you have chosen
the 'pay on the day' option and fill in our indemnity form.
