at 9.15am.
IMPORTANT:
We will be catching the 9.45am train, however
you must arrive at 10.00am to allow time to sign in and
listen as our instructor takes you through the outline
of the walk and safety instructions.

| MEETING
POINT: |
OPTION
1: Meet at Central Station at 9.15am on the Newcastle &
Central Coast Line. We will be catching the train to
Wondabyne
Station which arrives at Wondabyne at 10.51am. Make sure
you board the train the last carriage.
OPTION
2: Alternatively you can catch the same train
anywhere along the Newcastle & Central Coast Line.
Make sure you board the train the last carriage.
Look
out for Marky Mark & Dean who will be wearing Life's
An Adventure t'shirts.
We
will be catching the 4.30pm train back to central arriving
at 5.34pm. |

need to email us with your intention to attend, as this is
a catered event and we need to ensure we have ample food.

| WHAT
TO BRING: |
We
suggest bringing a backpack to carry all your personal items.
You may like to bring a camera to capture the amazing scenery
you'll experience along the way. To ensure you keep well
hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water
(on extremely hot days double this amount). We also recommend
a hat and sunscreen. |
| WHAT
TO WEAR: |
Please
wear comfortable clothes, hat and enclosed walking shoes.
Wear clothes to maintain a comfortable body temperature,
we suggest not wearing jeans as you may overheat. High
heeled shoes, thongs, sandals or skimpy shoes
should not be used.

| FITNESS
LEVEL: |
BUSHWALK
GRADE: Medium to Hard
Medium to hard bushwalk with one steep ascent (80m) and descent (100m), plus
several short moderate ascents and descents.
Opportunity for walkers to bushwalk in slightly modified natural environments
on defined
and distinct tracks with some steep sections requiring moderate level of fitness.
Suitable for fit beginners. This is a 12km walk. If
you are unsure that your fitness level is suitable for this event, please email
us to qualify your ability. |
| WHAT
HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? |
This
walk will still go ahead if it rains (Bring a light weight
wet weather jacket if there looks likes there is a chance
of rain), however if the weather is extreme the walk will
be postponed to a future date. Pre-paid tickets
will be credited to the new date or another future event,
sorry we cannot refund your money.
