ferry trip and visit one of the best Aboriginal Rock Art
Sites in the area. Walk through tall forests and heathlands

at 10:30am.
IMPORTANT: We
will be catching a boat across to the National Park which
leaves at 11.00am sharp. You will need to be there
at 10.30am to
allow time
to
sign in and
listen
as our instructor takes you through the outline of the
walk and safety instructions.
Finishes approximately 4:45pm back at Palm Beach Wharf.

POINT: |
Meet
at Palm Beach Wharf, Barrenjoey Road, Palm Beach. Look out
for Marky Mark & Dean who will be wearing Life's An
Adventure t'shirts.
Please
bring $12.60 for the return boat trip. |
| TRANSPORT: |
There
are a few options to get you to the start of this walk.
Driving: Drive by car & meet us at
Palm Beach Wharf.
Car
Pooling: We
can organise car pooling if required so please email us
if you need to be picked
up. Also if you are driving and prepared to help with
car pooling please
let us know.
Bus: Catch

need to email us with your intention to attend, as this is
a catered event and we need to ensure we have ample food.

| WHAT
TO BRING: |
We
suggest bringing a backpack to carry all your personal items.
You may like to bring a camera to capture the amazing scenery
you'll experience along the way. To ensure you keep well
hydrated, please bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water
(on extremely hot days double this amount). We also recommend
a hat and sunscreen and if you want to enjoy the Basin, bring
your swimming costume and a light weight towel. |
| WHAT
TO WEAR: |
Please
wear comfortable clothes, hat and enclosed walking shoes.
Wear clothes to maintain a comfortable body temperature,
we suggest not wearing jeans as you may overheat. High
heeled shoes, thongs, sandals or skimpy shoes
should not be used. Bring your swimmers

| FITNESS
LEVEL: |
BUSHWALK
GRADE: Medium
Medium bushwalk with some hilly sections and/or rougher terrain. Opportunity
for walkers to bushwalk in undisturbed natural environments mostly along defined
and distinct tracks with several steep sections requiring good level of fitness.
This is a 10km walk. If
you are unsure that your fitness level is suitable for this event, please email
us to qualify your ability. |
| WHAT
HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? |
This
walk will still go ahead if it rains (Bring a light weight
wet weather jacket if there looks likes there is a chance
of rain), however if the weather is extreme the walk will
be postponed to a future date. Pre-paid tickets
will be credited to the new date or another future event,
sorry we cannot refund your money.

tickets or pay cash if you have chosen the 'pay on the day'
