us on this classic ride from Terry Hills, into picturesque
Kur-ing-Gai National Park. We'll ride around a million dollar
golf course and then head into bushland, along the way stopping
to take in magnificent views of Bobbin Head Creek from the
numerous lookout. Lunch
and snacks are provided to enjoy along the way. Enjoy a well
earned drink at the Terry Hills Tavern at the end of the
ride A fun day out and a great way to mix and meet new people
and get it away from it

at the park opposite the shops at Booralie Road at Terrey
Hills at 11:00 sharp. Look out for instructors Marky Mark

| TRANSPORT: |
There
are a few options to get you to the start of this mountain
bike ride.
Driving: Drive by car & meet us at
the Terrey Hills Park.
Car
Pooling: We can organise car pooling if required
so please email us if you need to be picked up. Also
if you are driving and prepared to help with car pooling please
let us know.
Bus: Catch

those who choose to pay on the day at the ride, you will
need to email us with your intention to attend, as this is
a catered event and we need to ensure we have ample food.

aware this event may sell out, so we recommend guaranteeing
your place by pre-paying. Please note if you require bike

| WHAT
TO BRING: |
Bring
your own mountain bike (an extra charge applies to those
needing bike hire). To ensure you keep well hydrated, please
bring at least 1.5 litres of drinking water. |
| WHAT
TO WEAR: |
Please
wear comfortable and non restrictive clothing for riding
(no jeans), wear a bike helmet and any protective clothing/accessories.

| FITNESS
LEVEL: |
Ride
Grade: MODERATE:
This
is a 25km ride. A few steep inclines. A good level of fitness is required for
this
ride. If
you are unsure that your fitness level is suitable for this event, please email
us to qualify your ability.

| WHAT
HAPPENS IF IT RAINS? |
This
ride will still go ahead if it rains (Bring a light weight
wet weather jacket if there looks likes there is a chance
of rain), however if the weather is extreme the ride will
be postponed to a future date.. Pre-paid tickets will be
credited to the new date or another future event, sorry
we cannot refund your money.

Life's An Adventure Staff. You must sign for any pre-paid
tickets or pay cash if you have chosen the 'pay on the day'
option and fill in our indemnity form. To save time, and
